Dear fellow Yuletide author,

I’m so excited to be able to do my second Yuletide exchange this year. I have been waiting for it all year and I seriously hope we both have a good one.

The fandoms below are ones that I have taken quite a liking to and would love to see what you can do with them. I just hope that my suggestions can help you gain some inspiration. Then again, maybe you don’t need my suggestions and you have something thought up already that you want to do (either way is cool with me).

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to me via the mods. I don’t bite and I am very much open to answering any questions that one may have. Also, I have the tendency to check my email frequently, so I will probably have quick response times.

Request #1: Kaleido Star

I must admit that I was pretty skeptical about this anime at first when a friend of mine suggested that I watch it. However, I’m glad that I listened to her. This is a great anime great anime and I would recommend it to others. Anyway, I was upset with how things were in the end. I really wanted to see Sora and Ken end up together, but they never did, so I want a fiction that has them get together.

What I like:

• Fluff (I love fluff)

• Romance

• Friendship

• Basically anything not listed in the do not want list (I’m not picky)

What I don’t like:

• Explicit scenes (I don’t mind mild stuff, but nothing extreme)

• Extreme violence

Request #2: One More Light- Linkin Park

This is a song that I really do like a lot and I would love to see something done with it. While I have no specific wants or do not wants for this request, I would like to see something written that goes along with how it was interpreted. I personally feel like the meaning behind the song was Chester (the singer) trying to say that in many cases the death of a person, or any living thing for that matter doesn’t really matter in the eyes of many because that life is but one of millions, hence the part where it says “who cares if one more light goes out in the sky of a million stars” but he cares. I like the meaning behind the song because I agree wholeheartedly with it. Every life is precious and she be treated as if it is. However, if you interpreted the song differently and would like to write something based on that, then feel free. But please do explain what the interpretation in the notes is just in case I can’t figure it out through the fiction. I’m not picky or very hard to please, so feel free to do whatever for this one.

I’m not sure how strict the rules are for doing fiction like this because it is a song and thus there isn’t any characters or world or even an anime with it. So, I don’t know if you can use just any anime or game or whatever, but feel free to use any anime you want as long as I know what it is and have at least some sort of liking for it. As far as using games or other fandoms, those are kind of limited, but there are a few good ones that can be used if that is the route you wish. Again, just ask if you have questions or concerns.

Request #3: Unmistakable- Backstreet Boys

This is another song that I really like and would love to see something done with it. Very much like the other song request, I'm not really picky about what you do as long as it follows the rules of Yuletide. However, if possible I would like a fiction that goes with my interpretation of what the song means. With that said, the way I interpreted the meaning of this song is that somebody is looking for that one special somebody and is questioning if they would ever recognize them or know it is them if they found them. Again, use the link posted above to get access to any anime that can be used.

Request #4: Hakuouki

This is one of my all time favorite anime. I have no idea how many times I have rewatched it, probably too many, but that’s okay. Anyway, what I’m looking for out of this one is basically anything that involves Okita Souji. It can be a romantic fiction, friendship, angst, etc. I really don’t care as long as it involves him. He was, still is, and probably always will be my favorite character in that anime.

Request #5: Seven Deadly Sins (2017)

This is yet another anime that I really liked. What I’m looking for in this fiction is different from the others. I’m just looking for a simple fiction about the friendship bond between Ban and Meliodas. As for how you go about it is up to you.
